Osceola County (10Connects.com) - Deputies arrested a man on Sunday after his two female roommates said he held them against their will and sexually battered them. The victims said their roommate, Michael Rivera, had been drinking when he began to argue with them. He then began choking and hitting one of the women and sexually battered them both for several hours, the victims said. One of the victims got out of the house and called 911. Deputies arrived and found Rivera hiding in the attic of the house. Rivera, 32, was arrested and charged with felony battery, sexual battery, resisting arrest and false imprisonment. Neither victim was seriously injured, but both required medical care. |
