| Wonder why the fame whore and the Laker are STILL NOT officially wed? Wonder no MORE!. Khloe Kardashian needs $500,000 a year in her ironclad pre-nup agreement that is s till being battled over by her attorney and "hubby" Lamar Odom. RadarOnline.com reports both sides have been working overtime trying to iron out the fine details, with Khloe's lawyers on the offensive and Lamar's on the defensive. Now Khloe's latest demand is for KK to receive a flat annual sum, in the neighborhood of $500,000, for each year they stay together, should they get a divorce. The injured man, Alex Duncan, testified that he suffered nightmares and psychological after-effects of the Sept. 13, 2003 attack.
New York Post reports, a Brooklyn hearing officer yesterday ordered rap star Busta Rhymes to fork over $75,000 to an Albany man who was doused with water, pummeled with bottles and sucker-punched by the hip-hop star and a bodyguard.
The injured man, Alex Duncan, testified that he suffered nightmares and psychological after-effects of the Sept. 13, 2003, attack during a break in a rap concert at SUNY Albany.
"It's all right," Duncan, 32, a recently laid-off school groundskeeper, said of the award.
"I wanted something to come out of it. I don't even go to parties anymore, because there's always someone asking, 'What happened to that Busta Rhymes case?' "
Duncan's lawyer, Ronald Hart, had requested $500,000 of the hearing officer, Luigi Marano.
Rhymes' lawyer, Robert Kalina, was a no-show for both the trial and yesterday's damages hearing. He did not return a call seeking comment.

Rza Snitches to CNN
Why is RZA bringing up old stuff, he really needs to let that man rest in peace. It's crazy that in death ODB is more popular and mainstream than RZA (although RZA created the WU) will ever be. RZA in my opinion goes down as the only member of the WU without lyrical talent. Seriously how much talent does it take to get a sample from a 1940's chinese movie, add base to it, and spell B.O.B.B.Y digital through the entire song?

RZA writes in the book that he once witnessed ODB force his own son to watch him do drugs. RZA tried to leave, he writes, but ODB wouldn't let him. Now, RZA told CNN, he wishes he would've been tougher with ODB about his drug problem.

Serena may be banned?
World number one tennis champ Serena Williams could be stripped of her right to play in the Australian Open in 2010 for baring all for the sports magazine ESPN and for her extraordinary outburst in the U.S. Open semi-finals.
The ITF have the power to strip Williams of more than 500,000 dollars in prize money and impose a ban.
The threat to Williams comes as she bared all and posed nude for the front cover of ESPN Magazine.
If Williams's tirade is deemed a "major offence" under the sport's regulations, she could be the first player since American Jeff Tarango to be banned from a grand slam in 15 years.
"She's no easy pushover at all."
MIKE TYSON has opened up about his volatile relationship with his first wife, actress ROBIN GIVENS , confessing he wanted to "sock" her for what she said to U.S. interviewer BARBARA WALTERS in a famous 1988 TV special.
The former boxer, who Givens later accused of physically abusing her before divorcing him, admits he felt stupid as he sat by his wife's side while she poked fun at him and accused him of being violent towards her on national television.
Looking back, he wishes he had stopped the actress and spoken for himself - but he was so angry he feared he'd lose control of his emotions in front of TV cameras.
Appearing on U.S. TV talk show Oprah on Monday (12Oct09), Tyson said, "I truly wanted to sock her... but I just didn't do it. I was young at the time... I have socked her before and she socked me before, but it was just that kind of relationship, you know."
And while show host Oprah Winfrey attempted to contemplate the type of damage Tyson could do in a fight with a woman, the former champ said, "Robin is a very tough woman... and she can be very mean as well. She's no easy pushover at all."

Playboy magazine is turning over its cover to the matriarch of Springfield's first family: Marge Simpson.
It's a first for the magazine, which has had everyone from Marilyn Monroe to Cindy Crawford to the Girls of Hooters and even the likes of Jerry Seinfeld on the cover. But it's never had a cartoon character before.
Marge and her pile of bright blue hair are set to grace the cover of the November issue of Playboy. It will hit the newsstands October 16.
Marge isn't going to bare all, though, as the magazine says there will only be "implied nudity" in the 3-page pictorial.
New CEO Scott Flanders says the idea is to attract readers in their 20s to a magazine where the average reader's age is 35. "
Souljaboy Arrested
According to TMZ Bubble Gum Rapper Soulja Boy was arrested for making another horrible song. Details are sketchy but we are told the song talks about him doing absolutely nothing.
"Rap star Soulja Boy was arrested in Georgia Wednesday night after authorities say he ran from from cops.
Police showed up to a home in Henry County where a music video was being shot. Cops say several people suddenly took off when the cops showed up -- including Soulja Boy -- but he showed back up a few minutes later and was subsequently arrested.
He was charged with obstruction, a misdemeanor.
Soulja Boy, real name Deandre Cortez Way, was taken to jail and released.
